Exchange Policy
At our store, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges to ensure you get the right item. 

Exchanges
 
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
 • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
 • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Exchangeable Items
 
• Sale or discounted items
 • Customized or made-to-order products

Conditions
 
• If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may exchange for another product of equal value.
 • If the new item is higher in price, you will need to pay the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
 
• If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 • We will cover the exchange shipping cost in this case.

Shipping
 
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
 • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
